Shrimp & Grits

Sheltering from the winter on the Gulf Coast of Texas enables us to indulge in the freshest seafood. The shrimp I use for this recipe are colossal, full of flavor & caught everyday - ensuring this dish is just fabulous. Summon your creativity by swapping out the shrimp for large sea scallops & asparagus and other vegetables.  Want to really up your chances for a michelin star?, use a truffle infused goat cheese - amazing!
